I have only had one issue in Lake St. Louis and it was 5 years ago.  Once in a while you just come across lone jerky cops.  Most are awesome though.

Mopeds and Scooters are not against the law in lake St. louis. BUT they are not allowed on the Meadows shoping center.   The HR has worked really hard at building good relationships with the different police departments in st charles county by riding safe and obeying all laws. Be careful having an no liscensed person ride a moped on the streets its a serious offense if he gets caught.  Be safe!  :)

Matt, that would be awesome!  I worked on this thing all morning again... and finally got it to run good  (ran it about 20 miles), unless it hits a hard bump like rail road tracks then it dies out.... if I push the primer on the carb a few times then pick the bike up and drop it real hard then it starts again.... does that sound like the float is sticking?  Sorry for asking a lot of questions.... I hardly ever work on these things.

The HR has an old Sachs all stock with a 12mm square bing carb.  I have been working on that thing for 2 days and at first it runs great for a 1/4 mile then it boggs down and just comes to stop with a nice strong idle.... but if I give it throttle it dies.  I have cleaned that carb a bunch of times now, and still now luck.... any suggestions?

The HR moped group combined with help ($) from Freedom Church in O'Fallon MO,  would be able to help with some of the Food for an area Rally,  It would be cool to see and ride with everyone again.

The engine is a moto guzzi original.  Other than cleaning the tank, all it needs is the seat recovered, and a new electric wire for the break light.  Greg got this for only 250.00.
