chunk of piston came off above the rings and appears to have melted into the side wall of the jug... Legendary DR kit shits on me again!

wire wheel is magical and a few hand files. to bad my hone broke 3 times tryn to repair the jug... but it runs again! Points seem kinda off but got them to work. If 12 o clock was top dead center. the points where closing between 6 and 9 o clock. so instead of a tiny gap I had to spread her wide open and she loves it.

Ordered a 70cc Hi comp head for it... running 3 base gaskets to keep the 50cc head from banging atm. This is jacking my performance because ports/piston are not lining up. Ordered the rear variator puller to install stiffer rear spring because it is dipping into the driven pully to full variation to early... gonne have to make a homemade honda tool unless someone has one I could use please thanks?!
